In order to take full advantage of the information contained in our knowledge base, please follow the guidelines below:
- All the articles in the knowledge base are classified by category and sub-category. If you select a category, this will improve
the relevance of the results of your query. For even narrower results you can choose a sub category. Conversely, if you have chosen a category and/or subcategory and cannot
find what you are looking for, try broadening your search by selecting “All Categories”. You may also want to use the “All Categories” option
if you are not sure which category your issue would be listed under.
- You can browse through all of the articles that fall under the chosen category, or if you prefer, you can refine your results further by entering specific
keywords to search for in the 'Search Text' box and clicking the Search button. Please note that there might be several pages of article subjects you
can browse through by selecting the desired page number from the dropdown list and clicking the Go button, or using the next and previous page arrow
buttons. For best results, please type a full question whenever possible, for example “Where can I download the latest ATI Radeon 9800 display
drivers?” as opposed to “radeon 9800 drivers”. To learn how to have finer control over the behavior of the Search Text box, please
see the section on requiring and excluding words on the Search
Tips page.
- If too many answers are displayed, or none of them provides an accurate solution to your problem or question, please enter a few keywords related to your inquiry.
Example:
'ATI display driver download'
If the requested information is not yet found, you can try to broaden your search by using fewer keywords.
- If you're still unable to find an article that answers your question even after following these instructions, you may have found an area that is not
covered by our knowledge base yet. Click the “Contact Us” tab and ask your question directly to a support representative.
Please remember to provide feedback for the knowledge base articles you read. If the answers are not satisfactory, this information will help us optimize the knowledge base to better serve you.
